Happy Weekend
I got to take the day off today. So I was able to go hiking before it gets too hot. I walked from our rental house up to our building site (its just a few miles up) and spent time taking measurements and contemplating furniture sizes and placement. Then I got to hike back home and here was my view.
Seriously. Its like heaven. Am I lucky or what? What a great day off - what a great place to live!

ReplyDeleteI was researching Pioneertown, indulging in my latest obsession to find land in the desert and build a home I could actually afford (I've lived in lovely but expensive San Francisco since '99) and I found your blog. Finding your blog has given me extra insight and a personal perspective I was hoping might exist out in the blogosphere and I feel inspired to foster the goal I've been fantasizing about.
