Monument Valley, Utah

Several years ago a friend took me on a birthday trip to see Monument Valley in Utah. We drove north from Flagstaff, Arizona, first visiting the Grand Canyon, then heading up to see Monument Valley and Valley of the Gods. That was my first real trip seeing that part of the country (except my visit to the Grand Canyon when I was a kid and I don't remember much). Monument Valley is breathtaking. Now that I live in Utah I cannot wait to head south and see it again. Unfortunately I only had a small point and shoot camera at the time so these photos aren't great, but they do give you a feel for what you will see if you decide to visit Monument Valley.
